Reverb is coming! This is an amped-up all-nighter you won’t want to miss! Tickets are on sale – RSVP ASAP!
IN THE WORD THIS WEEK:
James – Faith That Endure: In lesson #5 of our church-wide study in James, we studied James 3 & 4. We examined biblical wisdom and understanding as well as the motives of our hearts that often cause fights and quarrels.
Wednesday Youth Group: Tonight we began a new mini-series: “Rings – The History and Life of the Believer.” This is a continuation of our study of the Holy Spirit. Throughout this study, we will see how the Holy Spirit is involved in the birth and growth of both the Church and every believer. In our first week, we examined the baptism of the Holy Spirit.
For Discussion:
- What is the baptism of the Holy Spirit?
- Why can’t a believer’s identity in Christ be stolen?
- How should the baptism of the Holy Spirit give confidence in our everyday lives?
