- Help prepare supplies to send to children in Sudan
- Heard from 3 of our missionaries in the Family Life and Worship Centers
- Several from our Haiti team shared with our Children’s Ministry
Next week we will kickoff our series entitled, Radical. Our students will cover the same content as other adult classes and groups.
Wednesday Youth Group: This year our lessons will revolve around examining the evidence and claims of Jesus Christ, so that we can know and love Him better, follow Him more faithfully, and boldly share Him with our friends. In our first miniseries, “Break the Bank – Christ Offers All”, we will learn how Christ gave up everything for our sake, and that in Him we have everything to gain.
Lesson 4 of 4 – “Radical Love” We learned about the power of God’s love in us and how this should be displayed in our lives.
Memory Verse: John 13:34
Follow-Up Discussion: (use these to talk with your teen about what they’re learning)
- Why does love seem like such a big deal in our culture today?
- What is the biggest challenge you face in loving others the way God loves you?
- In what specific ways can you show God’s love to someone this week?
