This has been a very full and fulfilling week of ministry. This past Saturday our Haiti Mission Team went to Stony Glen Camp for an all-day training and team-building getaway. What fun!
Yesterday, we hosted Motus – a network of youth workers and leaders in the greater Cleveland area. About 70 leaders gathered to hear from our guest speaker, Mel Walker, on the topic of Inter-generational Youth Ministry. (For a short time, you can listen to our session.)
In the Word this Week:
Sunday School – “Revelation”:
This week we continued our survey of the book of Revelation. Our study prepared us to better interpret, understand, and apply the apocalyptic literature found in this amazing book.

- What do these judgments teach us about the character and nature of God?

Wednesday Youth Group:
We’re continuing our series, “Download – Receiving Communication from God” This week we studied 5 different Bible study methods.

7-Up Party: Saturday, June 1, 5-8 pm
- Upcoming 7th graders and their parents are invited to join us for games, a cookout, and an introduction and overview of our Youth Ministry.
- We will meet in the PHBC Youth Center from 5-8 pm
- This will be an opportunity to meet our Youth Pastor, Youth Leaders, some of our current students, and to ask questions.

Promotion Sunday: June 2, 9:30 am
- All upcoming 7th graders move up to Jr. High Youth Group.
- Sunday School meets at 9:30 am in the Junior High room in the Youth Center.
